A Message from Tom

Good morning friends,

It’s certainly been a rough couple of weeks.  We share your concerns and everyday anxieties.  And, while there are a many unknowns right now, one thing will always be true:  We at Zipline are committed to the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our customers, friends and neighbors.  We are equally committed to the safety of our staff.

For the time being, we’re carefully monitoring the situation and adhering to instructions and recommendations of the CDC, and our local authorities. So far, nothing has prevented us from cranking out all the great local beers you know and love.  Indeed, if you’re a brewer or a fan of great beer, you know that a brewery is one of the cleanest places on earth.  So this is just a reminder that you can find all our beers on shelves at your favorite grocery, bottle shop, or other craft beer outlet.

Now, while we’ve enjoyed serving you in our taprooms, we need to make a few changes:  First, we’ll be suspending all promotional events because we don’t want too many people in one place at one time. Second, we’ll be engaging in some extra sanitation measures that might seem intrusive, but are designed to ensure our spaces remain safe for all to enjoy.  Please indulge us if we ask to wipe your table, or invite you to spread out a bit.

Finally, we’ll be limiting the number of patrons allowed in our spaces based on guidance provided by local authorities. We ask that you work with our staff in all these respects, and help them help you be part of the solution.  If we are ultimately instructed to close our taprooms, we will do so promptly and in accordance with the mandate.  But, please be assured that even in that case, we will still be producing and supplying great ales and lagers to stores through our distribution network. And, we will be prepared to offer carry-out sales at all of our locations.  We won’t leave you thirsty now, of all times.

While we fully expect things to return to normal in the coming weeks, we cannot and should not pretend that it’s business as usual. In the meantime, please do what you can to support your local vendors, help your neighbors, and enjoy a great beer – because the little things still count.  We’re all in this together, and we’ll see you on the other side.

Cheers!
