Look out, Omaha, here we come!
We’re proud to announce plans to open a new taproom to serve all of our friends and customers in Omaha. With hopes to have renovation complete for a springtime grand opening, we’re excited to join the vibrant community already in place in the North Downtown District.
Complementing the emerging neighborhood is key to Zipline’s success, according to co-Founder Marcus Powers. “People that follow the brewery know we try to use beer to engage our broader communities. We have watched the growth of this area closely over the years. We see the ‘arts and trades’ concept as a perfect fit for Zipline as Omaha continues to flex its creative muscle.”
A strong part of the “arts and trades” concept is our new neighbor, the music venue Slowdown. After the success of our Beer Nebraska partnership with Hear Nebraska, we look forward to being closer neighbors with local music leaders.
Production will continue at the West Lincoln brewery, and retail operations will continue both at the original Taproom connected to the brewery, as well as the newly-opened Beer Hall in Southeast Lincoln.
