OATMEAL PORTER CHILI
1lb Ground Beef
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 Red Bell Pepper, broasted
1 Jalapeno, broasted
1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped
1 Large Carrot, shredded
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Cayenne
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 28 oz Canned Tomatoes
1 16 oz Can Dark Kidney Beans
1 16 oz Can Kidney Beans
1 16 oz Can Butter Beans
8 oz Frozen Corn
12 oz Zipline Oatmeal Porter

Sour Cream
Green Onion, chopped
Coat the Bell Peppers and Jalapeno with 1 tsp Olive Oil and “Broast” on Lo until softened and lightly blackened. Peel, remove seeds, and chop Peppers.
Brown Ground Beef on stove top.
Cook Onions seasoned with Salt and Pepper with Olive Oil until softened in slow cooker set on high. Add Shredded Carrot, chopped Broasted Peppers, Cumin, Paprika, Cinnamon, Cayenne, Tomatoes, Dark Kidney Beans, Kidney Beans, Butter Beans, Frozen Corn, and Zipline Oatmeal Porter. Cover and cook for 4-6hrs on high.
Add and. Cover and simmer for an additional 1 hour.
Garnish with Sour Cream and chopped Green Onion.
