What the … is a Quad? Quads are among the strongest of ales brewed across Belgium in Trappist monasteries, abbeys, and secular breweries alike. Our Director of Brewing Operations, Mike Boden, pays homage to these masters in a beer of his design. Cherry Quad displays a subtle array of dark malt, caramelized sugar, and fruit notes. We kiss that confection with tart Balaton cherries, normally used in jams and pastries. All this makes for an incredibly rich beer that’s deceptively smooth on the palate and makes the perfect holiday table companion.
