Two New Ways to Haze: Hazy IPA and Cloudlifter Hazy IPA

Honestly, 2020 has us all feeling a little hazy – BUT – in this case, it’s all good.  This week we’re proud to offer you two new ways to enjoy classic New England-style hazy IPA all year long:  Our flagship Hazy IPA and our premium Cloudlifter Hazy IPA hit stores December 21, 2020.

Don’t be fooled – the haze isn’t the point here, but rather a byproduct of all the things that make these beers so incredibly juicy and drinkable.  First, we move all the hop additions to the back of the boil (and in many cases only in the whirlpool).  Second, we treat our brewing water carefully to create a silky smooth mouthfeel.  Third, we select a yeast strain that stays in suspension and interacts magically with early stage dry hopping to throw complementary and highly exaggerated fruit aromas.  Fourth, did we mention the extreme dry hopping?  Not geeky enough for ya?  Learn more about the style https://dev.bjcp.org/beer-styles/21b-specialty-ipa-new-england-ipa/

For those seeking a daily drinker, check out our flagship Hazy IPA clocking in at 5.5% ABV and featuring extraordinary grapefruit and citrus notes owing to a blend of Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops.

And if you want to elevate your hazy game, let Cloudlifter Hazy IPA clear the way for you.  Brewed with an irresponsible amount of Sultana (f.k.a. Denali), Amarillo, and Mosaic hops, this beer shines with intense orange and pineapple aromas and flavors and registers 7% ABV.

Either way, if you’re part of the haze craze, 2021 is your year!
